USB Program Device is broken or lost?
Replace faulty devices free of charge one time, damaged returned devices are replaced at 50% of original price. Lost devices at full add-on price. To request a replacement USB plug please email [info@eurosoft-uk.com](mailto:info@eurosoft-uk.com) with your request citing the product needing to be replaced if known. If the product subscription is expired the lost or damaged devices are replaceable at full original price, faulty returned devices at 50% of original price. USB Program Device is corrupt?
Download the following file RecoverUSB RecoverUSB.zip. Locate the compressed file in the Downloads folder. Right-click the compressed file and then click on Properties. Click the General tab, click Unblock, and then click OK. Unzip Recovery Package: C:\...\Downloads\ RecoverUSB.zip to a temporary location. Insert the Eurosoft USB Program Device Plug you wish to recover. Execute Runme.bat from the RecoverUSB directory C:\...\Downloads\RecoverUSB\Runme.bat. Follow any onscreen instructions. E.g. Press [Y] key to continue or [N] to exit the tool.
USB Program Device will not boot?
Both Pc-Check Windows and ZeroData Windows are not bootable as shipped on the USB Program Device and require further setup using the WINPE Image Creation Tool. Pc-Check UEFI and Pc-Check Legacy are shipped as bootable.
eTestManager Cannot connect to server?
First Check that the PC has internet access. If you cannot access an internet accessible PC for updating the device please request the offline update solution from [support@eurosoft-uk.com](mailto:support@eurosoft-uk.com).
eTestManager Maximum number of licenses reached?
This means you have consumed all the licenses we have on your entitlement, you may have more devices than your latest renewal quantity, if you find you are using more devices than your entitlement contact your sales representative to discuss increasing your entitlement.
eTestManager Activation required?
As part of the on boarding process you will have received activation name and activation code details for your product via email or the person who placed the order may have these details.
Just enter the details when prompted to download your product to your device.

ZeroData Windows is a fast, accurate and easy-to-use secure data erasure tool from Eurosoft (UK) Ltd that enables you to completely overwrite all accessible areas of a physical disk (not virtual drives) and supports only disk level secure data erasure.
Drive not recognised?
If you have the WINPE image creator installed we have IRST drivers included as part of the ZeroData Windows product solution.
ZeroData Windows and RAID arrays?
If regular overwrite methods are being used, there is no need to change any setting - regardless of standalone IDE/SATA/SAS/NVMe or RAID IDE/SATA/SAS. However, if quick firmware erasure methods are desired (TCG OPAL, SATA Sanitize, SAS Sanitize, SATA SSD Secure Erase, NVMe Format ), then IDE/SATA/SAS RAID arrays must be broken into individual disks, and NVMe disk must be standalone as well. If we are talking about Intel motherboards being set to iRST, then the array must be broken for quick firmware methods; if regular overwrite methods are alright, then there is no need to break the iRST arrays.
