TPM version test. This test checks the TPM version against the parameter set and will pass if the TPM version matches or is above the set parameter.

Presence test failed on the TPM device. no supported specification was found. CODE="0x08/001"

To diagnose this issue the test can be run with the failing component excluded, and specific tests for the failing component can be run from the relevant group.
