Failed to set the position to read the media. CODE="0x01/005" TROUBLESHOOTING0: This failure could be caused by a fault in the Windows Operating System, Drive or Media being used. If possible, different media should be tested.
General Failure to read the media. CODE="0x02/005" TROUBLESHOOTING0: This failure could be caused by a fault in the Windows Operating System, Drive or Media being used. If possible, different media should be tested.
The media is too small or does not exist. CODE="0x03/00A" TROUBLESHOOTING1: The size of the media is too small to be read. If the media is genuine this could be Media or Windows® OS related.
Unable to read the size of the media. CODE="0x04/3FF" TROUBLESHOOTING0: This failure could be caused by a fault in the Windows Operating System, Drive or Media being used. If possible, different media should be tested.
The media has no assigned drive letters. CODE="0x05/3FF" TROUBLESHOOTING2: The media has no volumes with drive letters and can not be tested. Check that the media is formatted and visible on your computer.
The media insertion and removal events could not be configured. CODE="0x06/001" TROUBLESHOOTING0: This failure could be caused by a fault in the Windows Operating System, Drive or Media being used. If possible, different media should be tested.
A required window could not be created. CODE="0x07/001" TROUBLESHOOTING0: This failure could be caused by a fault in the Windows Operating System, Drive or Media being used. If possible, different media should be tested.
The media insertion or removal was not detected. CODE="0x08/3FF" TROUBLESHOOTING3: The media insertion or removal was not detected. This could be because of a fault in the media or device for detecting the change in media. Alternatively this could be caused by the operator failing to insert or remove the media during the test.
This media is currently running the application and diagnostics so cannot be safely used. CODE="0x09/3FF" TROUBLESHOOTING4: The diagnostics are located and running from the removable media device under test. In order to test this device the diagnostics must be moved to another location.
The media can not be tested with this test or parameter setting. CODE="0x0A/3FF" TROUBLESHOOTING0: This failure could be caused by a fault in the Windows Operating System, Drive or Media being used. If possible, different media should be tested.
