Error Code :000000A Unmounting Windows Image
The above Error Code may occur when trying to build WinPE images using the Eurosoft WinPE Image Creator on Windows 11 23H2/24H2.
Image Processing will be Cancelled and Unmounting the Windows Image will be FAILED.
To fix this issue you will need to update the ADK Tools Installed on the PC that you are making the WinPE Image on.
Update the Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit
1) To uninstall Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit, you need to:
a. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
b. Find the program Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit.
c. Click Uninstall or Remove.
d. Follow the prompts to complete the uninstallation.
2) Download the latest Windows ADK for Windows 11 version 24H2 from ADK Setup.
3) Locate the downloaded file(s) from the Downloads folder. Run the ADKSetup.exe as an administrator.
4) Follow the On-Screen instructions and select only the Deployment Tools feature when prompted.
5) Download the latest Windows PE Add-on for Windows 11 version 24H2 from ADK WinPE Setup.
6) Locate the downloaded file(s) from the Downloads folder. Run the ADKWinPESetup.exe as an administrator.
7) Follow the On-Screen instructions and select the Windows Preinstallation Environment feature when prompted.
8) Run the Eurosoft WinPE Image Creator application again tool again on your PC and remake your WinPE Project.
