The following may appear when booting from a Eurosoft USB Program Device. The “License Error” message appears because the Serial Number of the USB device does not match the Serial Number recorded in the license file. The reason for this maybe one of following:

• The license file is configured in error

The license file is configured in error

If you have added the latest license file and it is still displaying the error please follow the instructions below before requesting a replacement license file.

1. Download the following file from License Plug Info LicensePlugGatherer.zip.
2. Unzip License Plug Gatherer:  C:\...\Downloads\LicensePlugGatherer.zip to a temporary location.

3. Insert the Blue Eurosoft USB Program Device Plug you wish to collect the Serial Data from.

4. Execute LicensePlugGatherer.exe.
5. Follow the instructions to save the license plug data:
   1. Press [Enter] to exit the tool.
   2. Your License data has been saved to  EurosoftLicensePlugs.txt
   3. Email the text file generated to Eurosoft Support@Eurosoft-uk.com including your Company and Contact name.
