The following error will occur when attempting to execute Pc-Check Windows diagnostics without a USB License plug present.

“Your license requires the presence of a Eurosoft licensing plug. Please connect your plug and retry.”

Ensure that a Eurosoft license plug is present in the system under test. For Pc-Check Windows a Blue USB plug labelled as USB Program Device is required.

A USB Program Device will have been shipped to the purchasing customer’s address.

If you do not have a USB Program Device, cannot find or have lost or damaged the USB Program Device please contact Eurosoft UK Ltd at support@eurosoft-uk.com.

A USB Program Device will be required for each license that has been issued with a Pc-Check Windows purchase.
