The following error will occur when attempting to execute Pc-Check Windows diagnostics without a license file present.
“No license file found. Please contact Eurosoft for assistance in purchasing a license. (Error Code 4).”
Ensure that a license file named “pccheckwindows.lic” exists and is present in the same location as the “PcCheckWindows.exe.
A license file will generally have been emailed to the purchasing customer’s email account.
If you do not have a license file, cannot find or have lost the license file please contact Eurosoft UK Ltd at support@eurosoft-uk.com.
License files are not pre-loaded into the Pc-Check Windows product or the product installer tool. The license file will need to be added to all working instances of Pc-Check Windows.
In most cases only a single license file will be issued with a Pc-Check Windows purchase, even when the Pc-Check Windows purchase has a license count of more than one.
